The Aesculap Academy continues to grow. What began in Germany in 1995 with the "Aesculapium Milestone" has developed into one of the most sought-after, internationally recognised further education institutions.
The Aesculap Academy has long been established on all the continents of the globe. The knowledge network spans Europe, America, Africa, Asia and Australia. An exemplary range of courses is already available in more than 20 countries.
At the same time, local competence centres are evolving in the respective countries. As a result, doctors and hospital staff in China, India, Great Britain or Brazil benefit from the broad range of courses on offer in the same way as their colleagues in the USA or France.

Ongoing medical training and education is defined and regulated by different educational guidelines throughout the world. The standards differ from country to country, and often also within the country itself.
